Overview

A national law firm is seeking Litigation Attorneys for its Buffalo office. The firm has openings for attorneys with at least three years of experience in areas such as Commercial, Cyber Security, Employment, General Liability, Product Liability, Toxic Tort, or related fields.

This full-service Am Law 100 firm operates offices in all 50 states and maintains both national and local practices. The team is committed to delivering superior client service and fostering long-term professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters in various practice areas including Commercial, Cyber Security, Employment, General Liability, Product Liability, and Toxic Tort.
• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive legal documents.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Manage assignments with minimal supervision.
• Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in New York.
• Minimum of three years of relevant litigation experience.
• Strong academic background.
• Excellent litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Proven research abilities.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $275,000 annually, depending on experience and position level:
  • Associates: $100,000 - $150,000
  • Senior Counsel/Of Counsel: $140,000 - $200,000
  • Partners: $190,000 - $275,000
