A collections-focused law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with collections litigation experience to join their team. The position requires admission to practice law in the state of Texas.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload from inception through resolution
• Handle litigation, motion practice, discovery, and trial proceedings
• Conduct document review and execution
• Communicate effectively with clients and meet client processing requirements
• Appear in court as needed (primarily remote work with onsite court appearances)

Requirements

• Collections litigation experience is required
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas

Compensation

• Salary range: $110,000 - $140,000 annually
