A collections-focused law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with collections litigation experience. The position requires admission to practice law in the state of Florida.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload from inception through resolution
• Handle litigation, including motion practice, discovery, and trial experience
• Conduct document review and execution
• Communicate effectively with clients and meet client processing requirements
• Appear in court as needed (primarily remote work with onsite court appearances)

Compensation

• Salary range: $110,000 - $125,000 annually
