Overview

A law firm with a national presence is seeking Commercial Litigation and General Liability attorneys to join their Hartford office. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience, though applicants of all experience levels are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial litigation and general liability cases
• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive legal documents
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and trials as needed
• Engage in client interactions and collaborate with team members

Requirements

• Licensed and admitted to practice law in Connecticut
• Minimum of three years of relevant legal experience preferred
• Strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Proven research abilities
• Self-starter capable of managing assignments with minimal supervision
• Trial experience is preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong academic background
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary ranges:
  • Associates: $100,000 - $150,000
  • Senior Counsel/Of Counsel: $140,000 - $200,000
  • Partners: $190,000 - $275,000
• Actual salary will be based on skills, experience, training, and location
• Eligibility for subjective and objective bonuses
