A Fortune 100 Telecom Legal Department's AI Native Division is seeking a lawyer with over 5 years of experience in Commercial Litigation for a 6-month full-time remote engagement starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

Perform litigation tasks including research, analysis, and memo drafting
Handle discovery requests and responses
Develop facts and create chronologies
Prepare motions to dismiss (MTD) and motions for summary judgment (MSJ)
Assist with deposition preparation and trial preparation

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Litigation
