Commercial Litigation Attorneys
Overview
The organization has immediate openings for Commercial Litigation attorneys in its Boston office. This position is for candidates with 1–4 years of experience, and all experience levels are welcome to apply.
This role is best suited for driven team players with strong litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills. Successful candidates will have a strong academic background, proven research skills, and the ability to work as self-starters handling assignments with minimal supervision. Trial experience is preferred but not required.
Licensing Requirement
Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Handle commercial litigation matters from assignment through resolution
- Conduct legal research to support case strategy and filings
- Draft written work product for litigation matters, including persuasive legal writing
- Communicate effectively through persuasive speaking and client-facing interactions
- Participate in proceedings, including appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials (as experience allows)
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience (all experience levels welcome)
- Licensed and admitted to practice in Massachusetts
- Strong litigation skills
- Excellent writing and persuasive speaking skills
- Strong academic background
- Proven legal research skills
- Self-starter who can handle assignments with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Trial experience (preferred, not required)
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is competitive and tailored to each individual. Base salary ranges (national) are listed as:
- Associates (approximately 1–6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
- Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000
- Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+
Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
Benefits include eligibility for both discretionary and performance-based bonuses, as well as student loan repayment assistance.
Pay Range: USD $100,000.00 - USD $275,000.00 /Yr.
