Commercial Real Estate Attorney (Part-Time, Remote or Hybrid)
Overview
A boutique law firm located in St. Louis is seeking a commercial real estate attorney for a flexible part-time contract engagement. This role requires substantial experience with commercial real estate purchase and sale transactions. The position offers flexibility with options for remote work, hybrid, or in-office arrangements. Candidates licensed in any U.S. state are welcome to apply, with a preference for Illinois or Missouri law licenses.
Responsibilities
- Handle commercial real estate purchase and sale transactions
- Support commercial leasing matters (experience preferred but not required)
- Provide legal counsel related to commercial real estate matters as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of attorney experience
- Substantial experience with commercial real estate purchase and sale transactions
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (Illinois or Missouri preferred)
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Strong professional references and outstanding reputation
Position Details

Compensation & Benefits
- Annualized pay range (full-time equivalent): $140,000 to $190,000
- Contract pay rates depend on experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market factors, and candidate preferences
