Overview
This role is for an attorney with civil litigation experience and requires Oregon licensure.
- Experience: 3+ years of civil litigation practice
- Licensure: Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Oregon
- Work arrangement: 100% remote, with the option for hybrid in-office work as desired
- Location: Candidate does not need to reside in Oregon; physical presence in Oregon is a plus

Responsibilities
- Handle civil litigation assignments with minimal supervision
- Conduct legal research and support case development
- Draft and prepare litigation writing materials
- Participate in persuasive speaking activities (including hearings, depositions, and trials where applicable)
- Contribute as a driven team player within litigation teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of civil litigation practice
- Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Oregon
- Excellent skills in:
- Litigation
- Writing
- Persuasive speaking
- Strong academic background
- Proven research skills
- Self-starter who can manage assignments independently
- Trial experience preferred but not required
