Employment Attorneys
Overview
This role involves Employment Litigation Attorney opportunities with the organization’s San Diego, Carlsbad, and Inland Empire offices, practicing within the state of California. All experience levels are welcome. Hybrid opportunities are available, along with fully remote options and full-time roles.
The position is well-suited for candidates with strong academic credentials, excellent writing, analysis, and research skills, and the ability to self-start in a fast-paced litigation environment. Superior client service commitment is essential. Trial experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Handle employment litigation matters in California
- Provide forward-facing client interactions
- Participate in appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials (as applicable)
- Conduct writing, analysis, and legal research to support litigation work
- Deliver superior client service throughout the litigation process
Requirements
- Licensed to practice in California
- Exceptional personal interaction skills
- Excellent academic background
- Proven skills in writing, analysis, and research
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment
- Strong commitment to client service

Base Salary Pay Ranges (National)
Current national base salary ranges are:
- Associates (approximately 1–6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
- Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000
- Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+
Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
Pay range listed: USD $100,000.00 - USD $275,000.00 /Yr.
