    • Lead tailored product demonstrations tied to real legal use cases
    • Support customer “legal win” efforts by ensuring lawyers understand and believe in the value of AI solutions
  • Enable post-sales adoption and value realization

    • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive sustained usage
    • Guide customers through workflow transformation and AI integration into legal processes
    • Partner with Customer Success Managers to connect adoption to growth and measurable impact
  • Act as a voice of the legal customer

    • Support internal teams in understanding legal user needs and behaviors

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) and Bar admission
  • 7+ years of experience practicing law at a law firm (AmLaw is a plus) and/or in-house legal team (litigation experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both legal and executive audiences
  • Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work
  • Ability to operate comfortably in cross-functional and fast-moving environments
  • Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR

  • Long-term incentives

Expected salary range: $184,000 and $276,000
