Compliance Manager/Attorney
Overview
A fast-growing, fully remote company in the energy and infrastructure sector is seeking a Compliance Manager to support export control reporting and vendor diligence efforts. This role involves working closely with senior legal leadership to execute recurring regulatory requirements using established templates and processes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit export control reports
- Support third-party diligence workflows, including supplier screening and sanctions checks
- Collaborate with legal leadership to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Experience with export control or regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with Department of Energy (DOE) regulations and Part 810 reporting
- Ability to handle structured, detail-oriented work in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable and pragmatic with the ability to quickly ramp up within an existing framework
Compensation
- Hourly rate for non-attorneys: $80 to $100
- Hourly rate for attorneys: $110 to $115
- Final compensation will be based on qualifications, skillset, relevant experience, client needs, project requirements, and other legal considerations
