Overview

This role involves Construction Litigation Attorney opportunities for candidates with 3+ years of experience. The position is based in Boston, with flexible work options that may include fully remote or hybrid arrangements.

Successful candidates should be driven team players with strong litigation skills, excellent writing, and persuasive speaking abilities. Strong academic background, demonstrated research skills, and the ability to work as a self-starter with minimal supervision are required. Experience briefing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and leading written discovery efforts is required. Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Handle construction litigation matters, including motion practice (briefing and oral argument)
• Take and defend depositions
• Lead written discovery efforts
• Appear at hearings, depositions, and trials as needed
• Support client-facing interactions
• Manage assignments with minimal supervision
• Produce high-quality written work product and persuasive oral advocacy

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction litigation experience
• Licensed and admitted to practice in Massachusetts
• Strong litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
• Proven research abilities and strong academic background
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter
• Experience with:
  • Briefing and arguing motions
  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Leading written discovery efforts

Pay Range

• USD $100,000.00 - USD $275,000.00 /Yr.
