Responsibilities

Attorneys will review conveyance deeds and mortgage-related instruments for major lenders, including:

• Grant, warranty, and quitclaim deeds
• Lien releases
• Powers of attorney
• Subordinations
• Assignments

Most reviews can be completed in minutes using a streamlined workflow.

Compensation & Benefits

Supplemental income typically ranges from a few hundred to several thousand dollars per month, depending on volume and licensing.
