Overview

The organization is seeking a Service Contract Management Specialist to support rapid expansion and to serve as a key point of contact for clients across North America markets. Reporting to the Manager of Service BD, this role focuses on contract development and end-to-end service contract management, working closely with Service, Sales, and Maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement contract management strategies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive databases for Service contract components.
  • Partner with Service and Sales teams to capture best practices and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Review and address Service requirements within Master Service Agreements and Individual Service Agreements with clients.
  • Collaborate with Sales to negotiate and finalize non-standard contract terms.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle: drafting, evaluation, endorsement, and finalization.
  • Work with Service and Maintenance teams to support Long-Term Service Agreement requirements for photovoltaic and battery storage systems.
  • Confirm that Statement of Work scope details and associated exhibits are accurately reflected in final pricing.
  • Review and negotiate subcontractor agreements and manage warranty document amendments.
  • Validate approvals for custom service scopes or modifications to standard offerings.
  • Proactively handle contract-related disputes, claims, and terminations.
  • Maintain proactive communication to prevent issues and respond to emerging needs.
  • Ensure accurate, complete contract documentation in the organization’s database.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to understand interdependencies across services.
  • Experience managing international clients with varying expectations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive analytical approach with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and within condensed timelines.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and diverse environment.
  • Solid understanding of sales dynamics and project delivery methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives across different areas.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint (and related tools).

Experience & Travel

  • Minimum 3 years of contract administration experience.
  • Prior experience in the Service and renewable energy sectors is advantageous.
  • Willingness to accompany the sales team for on-site sales support as needed.

  • For candidates in California, Colorado, New York and Washington, anticipated annual base salary is $50,000 - $95,000. This range excludes other compensation components or any other benefits the individual may be eligible for. Base salary depends on factors including skills, qualifications, experience, education, location, and other role-related factors.
