Contracts Manager - Remote

This Contracts Manager position plays a critical role in managing the lifecycle of clinical trial agreements. Responsibilities include reviewing, negotiating, preparing, tracking, and finalizing agreements, in close partnership with related operational and program teams to support compliant and efficient research contracting.

Responsibilities

• Review clinical trial agreements excluding study budgets
• Negotiate contract terms with relevant parties
• Prepare and finalize contract documents
• Track contract statuses and maintain records
• Collaborate with Research Operations teams and local program administrators

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 4 years of experience in contract review and negotiation
• Knowledge of privacy law, HIPAA, compliance, contracts, or intellectual property
• J.D. preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range

Salary ranges vary by location. Examples include:

• Anchorage, AK: $40.11 to $62.27 per hour
• Northern California: $46.91 to $72.82 per hour
• Portland, OR area: $40.11 to $62.27 per hour

Placement on the wage range is based on experience and other factors.
