Contracts Specialist

Overview

This role supports Managed Contracts Services and involves working closely with an in-house legal department and internal business customers. You will provide deal support and participate in projects to improve customer contractual infrastructure, workflow, and processes.

The contract specialist must work 7-5pm Arizona Time.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and negotiate acceptable alternatives, working from templates and tools that you will help create.
• Facilitate escalation and resolution of contract issues.
• Update or draft templates, negotiation playbooks, and other contract infrastructure tools.
• Capture information related to contracts and matters you support.
• Participate in or manage customer projects to improve contracting efficiency, cost effectiveness, and knowledge sharing.
• Create reports and deliver presentations to customer and internal stakeholders.
• Participate on task forces aimed at improving how services are delivered to customers and supporting team development.

Technical Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Some experience with contract management software or workflow tools (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

• Remote role pay range: $70,000–$85,000.

Location

Remote-based role with working hours 7-5pm Arizona Time.
