This contract position involves providing transactional legal support focused on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements for a technology-driven platform. The role requires ensuring contracts align with business objectives while mitigating legal risks.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial contracts, including service agreements, partnership agreements, and licensing terms.
• Negotiate contract terms with business stakeholders to balance legal risk and operational needs.
• Advise internal teams on compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
• Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation through execution and renewal, ensuring timely renewals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal terms with business strategies.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in a U.S. state bar association with relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in commercial contract drafting, negotiation, and review.
• Ability to analyze complex legal and business issues and provide actionable advice.
• Experience working with technology platforms or digital business models is preferred.
