corporate Attorney (Remote)

Overview

A contract opportunity is available for a Corporate Attorney to support a global organization remotely. This role involves managing corporate transactions, compliance, and legal documentation related to commercial contracts and corporate governance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including vendor, partnership, and service agreements.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and corporate policies in all transactional documentation.
• Advise on legal risks associated with business transactions and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation through execution, renewal, or termination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as finance, operations, and business development to align legal terms with business objectives.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in transactional law, including corporate or commercial contracts.
• Strong proficiency in legal research and contract drafting with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex legal terms and provide clear, actionable guidance to business stakeholders.
