corporate Attorney (Remote)

Overview

A contract position is available for a Corporate Attorney to support a global organization remotely. This role focuses on transactional legal work, including managing corporate transactions, compliance, and legal documentation related to commercial contracts and corporate governance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts such as vendor, partnership, and service agreements.
• Ensure all transactional documents comply with legal requirements and corporate policies.
• Advise on legal risks in business transactions and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation through execution, renewal, or termination.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and business development teams to align legal terms with business objectives.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in transactional law, including corporate or commercial contracts.
• Strong skills in legal research and contract drafting with high attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex legal terms and provide clear, actionable guidance to business stakeholders.
