DEFENSE ATTORNEY - WORKERS COMP SALARY RANGE $200-240K per year

Workers' Compensation Defense Lawyer position available.

Responsibilities

• Provide workers’ compensation defense services.
• Handle mandated court appearances.
• Perform the remainder of work remotely (apart from required court appearances).

Requirements

• Must have good standing with the California state bar.
• Minimum of 3–4 years of defense experience.
• Must live in California.

Compensation & Benefits

• $180,000 base salary for 200 billable hours.
• $15,000/month salary for 200 billable hours.
• Monthly bonus: billing 220 billable hours will result in a monthly bonus of $1,700 to $6,000 per month.
• Health care and 401(k) profit sharing available.
• 1099 work offer is also available (please inquire).
