DEFENSE ATTORNEY - WORKERS COMP SALARY RANGE $200-240K per year

Responsibilities

• Provide defense representation in workers’ compensation matters
• Handle required court appearances as mandated
• Perform the remainder of work remotely

Requirements

• Must have good standing with the California state bar
• Minimum 3–4 years of defense experience
• Must live in California

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary structured by billable hours:
  • 200 billable hours: $15,000/month
  • 220 billable hours: monthly bonus of $1,700 to $6,000 per month
• $180,000 base salary for 200 billable hours, with ability to earn monthly bonus ranging from $1,700 to $6,000 per month when you bill 220 hours and over
• 401(k) profit sharing and healthcare available
• 1099 work offer is also available (please inquire)
