Document Review Professional II

Overview

The organization is seeking Document Review Professionals with 2+ years of legal experience to work remotely in support of a variety of client projects. Assignments vary by project and will be matched based on skills, preferences, and availability.

Assignment Details

• Pay Rate: $23/HR (licensed legal professional)
• Expected Assignment Duration: varies by project; on average 2–3 weeks
• Typical Schedule:
  • Projects typically require a 40-hour commitment, Monday through Friday, with the ability to work up to 60 hours
  • Work hours: 7 am to 10 pm local time
  • Meetings/training: during regular business hours
  • Weekend hours: subject to project needs
• Location: Remote / Work from Home

Responsibilities

• Perform legal document review for client matters
• Complete all necessary forms and clear conflicts depending on the client

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience with Legal Document Review
• Must be actively licensed and in good standing
• Bar License in U.S. Jurisdiction
• Education requirement: Juris Doctorate Degree

Remote Requirements

• Operating System: a running laptop or desktop computer with either:
  • Windows 10, or
  • Mac OS
• Security: active antivirus software installed
• Internet: access to high-speed internet
• Mobile Device: either:
  • iPhone running iOS 11.0 or later, or
