Overview

A legal team is seeking an experienced attorney to handle a challenging and fast-paced caseload focused on elder abuse and personal injury litigation. This role involves active participation in trials, arbitrations, depositions, mediations, and other court proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Attend trials, arbitrations, depositions, mediations, and other court appearances.
• Prepare pleadings, set up motions, and draft legal documents including mediation and trial briefs.
• Manage a demanding and varied caseload efficiently.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment while meeting strict deadlines.
• Provide training in Personal Injury Law if required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an elder abuse law firm.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.
• Prior experience handling personal injury litigation cases.
• Strong work ethic with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage team members effectively.
