Employee Benefits Attorney

Overview

A well-established regional law firm with a national presence is seeking a mid- to senior-level Employee Benefits attorney for its Upstate New York offices. Remote work arrangements will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal expertise in all areas of employee benefits law
• Advise on ERISA and related regulations
• Assist in the design, establishment, maintenance, and operation of various retirement, welfare, and fringe benefit plans
• Ensure compliance with employee benefits laws and regulations
• Deliver excellent client service with initiative and professionalism

Requirements

• Four to ten years of experience in Employee Benefits law
• Strong knowledge of ERISA and employee benefits compliance requirements
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong academic background
• Enthusiasm for client service and proactive approach

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated annual base salary range: $139,000 – $192,000, based on experience, qualifications, and skill level
