Employment Attorneys
Overview
A national law firm with offices in all 50 states is seeking Employment Attorneys for its Salt Lake City office. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in employment law. All experienced attorneys are encouraged to apply.
Ideal candidates are team-oriented, possess excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, have strong academic backgrounds, proven research abilities, and are self-starters capable of handling assignments with minimal supervision. Trial experience is preferred but not required.
Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in Utah.
Responsibilities
- Handle employment law matters including litigation, hearings, depositions, and trials
- Conduct legal research and draft persuasive legal documents
- Participate in client interactions and case strategy
- Work collaboratively within a team environment
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment law
- Admission to the Utah bar and active license to practice
- Strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
