Remote · California Full Time

Overview

This role is for an experienced employment attorney seeking a highly flexible schedule with a full-cycle litigation practice. Work is remote, without the administrative and client-development demands of a shareholder/partner track position. The position includes a lower billable hours target than full-time shareholder track attorneys.

The attorney will service major clients in California and focus on defending employers in employment litigation, primarily single- and multi-plaintiff lawsuits. Some in-person presence is required for proceedings such as depositions, trials, mediations, and other hearings.

Candidates must reside in Southern California. While no in-office requirement is included, the attorney will be expected to participate in the firm’s annual all-attorney retreat and will have access to the organization’s learning and development resources.

This employer will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories consistent with the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring.
