Employment Litigation Attorney

Overview

An organization is seeking an attorney with 5+ years’ experience for a 12-month remote engagement, starting as soon as possible.

This role will support the company’s legal team with overflow employment litigation matters during an increase in litigation volume. The attorney will work directly with business stakeholders and independently manage litigation matters from intake through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage employment litigation matters from intake through resolution
• Work directly with business stakeholders on overflow litigation matters
• Provide full-time coverage during a period of increased litigation volume

Requirements

• At least 5 years of legal experience
• Extensive experience in employment law and employment litigation
• Demonstrated ability to handle litigation matters independently

Preferred Qualifications

• In-house experience is a plus; law firm experience also welcome

Compensation & Benefits

• $650 - $750 per day

Location & Schedule

• Location: Remote (preference for hybrid in San Francisco, CA or Mountain View, CA)
• Schedule: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
• Duration: 12 months, starting as soon as possible
