Expert Opportunity - Legal Operations Manager ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)

Overview

This role supports a foundational AI lab by leveraging legal expertise to help train a language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

The work will focus on creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated outputs across core legal and commercial workflows, including:

• Commercial contract redlines
• Due-diligence issue lists and memos
• Clause-risk analyses
• NDA and vendor-agreement review
• Negotiation position summaries
• Obligation and renewal trackers

Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy and professionalism
• Apply expertise to commercial contract redlines and related legal workflow outputs
• Create, evaluate, and refine materials grounded in transactional agreement review, including:
  • Due-diligence issue lists and memos
  • Clause-risk analyses
  • NDA and vendor agreement review
  • Negotiation position summaries
  • Obligation and renewal trackers

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a transactional attorney or contracts manager reviewing commercial agreements
• Direct ownership of redlining, negotiating, or diligence-reviewing contracts
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

• $100/hour
