Family Law Attorney

Overview

A rapidly growing family law firm is opening a new office in Las Vegas and is seeking a dedicated and dynamic family law attorney to join the team. This position will be the second hire in the Las Vegas office, supported by a legal assistant to help with filing documents and organization. The role offers flexibility to work remotely or from the office.

Responsibilities

• Handle family law cases including custody disputes, divorce proceedings, and contested family law matters.
• Manage your own practice with autonomy and minimal supervision.
• Meet key performance indicators to progress toward partnership opportunities after three years.
• Bill and collect 1,400 hours in the first year.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in Nevada.
• Minimum of one year of experience practicing family law with a strong understanding of custody disputes, divorce proceedings, and contested cases.
