Overview
This role is a full-time, remote position based in San Francisco.

- Have considered leaving to start your own firm, but did not proceed because you did not want to spend three years building a back office.
- Demonstrate a preference for ownership over a salary line.

- independence of judgement
- fee-sharing
- confidentiality
- unauthorized practice
- Ability to understand how MSO structures operate and where the legal/ethical limits sit.
- Enjoy solving cases and the legal craft.

- Be comfortable being early in an environment without brand, precedent bank, or support staff on day one.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building or advising on MSO, ABS, or other alternative legal service structures.
- Prior ownership of a P&L or a practice group.
- Litigation experience alongside advisory work.
- A second language.
Compensation & Benefits
