Full-Time Remote Attorney / Alabama

Overview

This creditor’s rights firm is seeking a licensed Alabama attorney for a flexible, full-time remote position assisting with the review and execution of legal pleadings.

Based on current workflow, the anticipated time commitment is approximately 40 hours per week, though volume may vary. Strong performance, reliability, and engagement may lead to expanded responsibilities or future full-time roles.

Responsibilities

• Review legal files and pleadings for accuracy and completeness
• Electronically sign pleadings following review
• Access and review files through the firm’s case management system (CLS)
• Digitally execute documents using Adobe PDF

Requirements

• Active Alabama Bar license in good standing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Comfort working in a technology-driven environment
• Experience with VPN access and remote systems preferred, but not required
• Prior legal documentation review experience is a plus, though not required

Technology

• Secure VPN access will be provided
• A firm laptop can be provided if needed

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation to be discussed, appropriate for experience and industry standard

• Fully remote
• Alabama licensed (Active Alabama Bar license in good standing required)

Estimated Hours

• Approximately 5–10 hours per week, depending on case volume
