Fully Remote NC Barred Defense Litigation Attorney

Overview

This is a fully remote position for an attorney with at least 4 years of experience in workers' compensation defense litigation. Candidates must be barred in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Handle workers' compensation defense cases effectively and efficiently
• Represent clients before state courts and the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Commission
• Meet billable hour requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in workers' compensation defense litigation
• Admission to the North Carolina Bar
• Ability to work fully remotely and meet billable targets

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $140,000 - $190,000 per year
