Responsibilities

• Conduct simulated contract negotiations, including review, negotiation, and redlining
• Review AI-generated responses
• Identify legal risks and provide feedback to improve accuracy and legal reasoning
• Help create evaluation guidelines
• Collaborate with research and product teams to improve AI-based contract review systems

Requirements

• At least 3 years of in-house experience with technology transactions, including:
  • MSAs
  • NDAs
  • DPAs
• Strong contract negotiation skills
• Strong legal writing ability
• Analytical skills
• High attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI or legal technology (preferred, not required)
