General Litigation Defense Attorney (Full-time Permanent)

Overview

A permanent, full-time position is available for a General Litigation Defense Attorney. This role is fully remote.

The ideal candidate is a junior attorney licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and/or New York with at least 2 years of experience defending general litigation claims and strong written and oral advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage a general litigation caseload
• Collaborate with other attorneys and partners on legal projects
• Handle court appearances, depositions, and examinations under oath
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports

Requirements

• 2+ years of general litigation defense experience
• Experience preparing pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Superior written and oral advocacy skills
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and/or New York
• J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional law firm setting
• Outstanding references

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $125,000 - $150,000
• Pay is based on multiple factors, including work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
