Health Care Litigation Attorney

Overview

A national law firm is seeking a junior-level associate attorney to join its Health Care practice group. This is a remote position based in California.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts.
• Represent health care and/or long-term care facilities.
• Conduct legal research, writing, and analysis.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of relevant experience.
• Admission to the California bar is required.
• Candidates may reside anywhere in the United States.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
