Responsibilities

• Provide legal services primarily in banking and capital investment law as well as insurance law.
• Engage in ongoing professional development in a dynamic and evolving legal field.
• Collaborate within a team while also working independently.

Requirements

• Qualified attorney or graduate in business law (Diplom/Wirtschaftsjurist).
• Willingness to pursue specialist attorney certification and continuous training.
• Professional experience or student work experience in law firms.
• Knowledge of banking and capital markets law, commercial, civil, and corporate law; specialist attorney title is a plus.
• Enjoyment of legal practice and commitment to professional growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fachanwalt (specialist attorney) title in banking and capital markets law, insurance law, or consumer rights.
