This role is designed for attorneys committed to advancing their immigration law practice, handling individual immigration matters such as O-1, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, H-1B, family-based, and marriage-based cases. Caseload complexity and autonomy increase with experience, while maintaining high standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage individual immigration cases with varying complexity depending on experience level
- Utilize an integrated platform that automates workflows, tracks filings against quality benchmarks, and consolidates case communications
- Maintain aggressive service level agreements (SLAs) and rigorous legal quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to build trust and loyalty
- For senior attorneys: mentor junior colleagues and contribute to practice leadership
Career Path
- Associates (0–3 years): Develop legal research and writing skills with mentorship
- Mid-Level Attorneys (3–6 years): Take full ownership of cases and enhance client communication
- Senior Attorneys (6+ years): Operate autonomously, mentor others, and pursue practice leadership opportunities

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
- Active U.S. bar admission (associates awaiting results considered)
- Commitment to high-quality legal work and strict SLAs

Experience Levels
- Associate (0–3 years): Strong legal research and writing; interest in immigration law; experience in immigration clinics, paralegal roles, or externships is a plus
- Mid-Level (3–6 years): Experience with employment-based or extraordinary ability petitions; comfortable with direct client communication; readiness to take ownership of cases
- Senior (6+ years): Deep expertise in O-1, EB-1A, and/or EB-2 NIW strategies; ability to mentor junior attorneys; ambition for practice leadership
Compensation & Benefits
