Insurance Defense Attorney | Fully Remote

Overview

A fully remote Litigation Attorney position is available, focusing on construction defect and general liability matters. The role requires managing a consistent monthly billable target of 160 hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction defect and general liability litigation cases from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal correspondence
• Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and prepare for trial
• Develop case strategies, maintain client communication, and meet litigation deadlines
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case handling and reporting

Requirements

• Active license in good standing with a U.S. state bar
• Experience in construction defect and general liability litigation
• Strong skills in motion practice, depositions, and discovery
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload in a remote work environment
• Excellent written communication, organizational, and case management skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $150,000 - $225,000 per year (base salary $125K-$200K depending on experience)
• Monthly production bonus
