Labor & Employment Of Counsel/Junior Partner

Overview

A well-established, growth-focused litigation firm is seeking two senior employment litigators at the Of Counsel / Junior Partner level. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to handle high-level employment litigation work with significant autonomy and influence over case strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage employment litigation matters independently from inception to resolution
• Handle complex and high-exposure wage & hour cases
• Take and defend depositions, draft motions, and prepare for trial
• Advise clients and contribute to case strategy development

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in employment litigation
• Active California Bar license (required)
• Extensive knowledge of wage & hour law
• Ideally, experience on the defense side and familiarity with billing practices
• Open to plaintiff attorneys who understand defense operations
• Ability to own cases and work independently

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $225,000 to $275,000
• Fully remote work from anywhere in the U.S.
