Responsibilities

• Join the firm as a lateral partner and bring a full or partial portable book of business
• Provide client services with increased autonomy over how the practice is run
• Collaborate with a team environment across multiple practice areas

Requirements

• Partner-level attorney experience
• Ability to bring a full or partial portable book of business
• Interest in a platform that supports growth, creativity, and entrepreneurial leadership
• Interest in additional autonomy over practice
• Interest in the reach of a national firm with 55+ offices across the U.S.
• Interest in a firm environment with infrastructure, technology, and administrative support to scale the practice quickly and efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience serving clients across jurisdictions
• Experience working in or valuing a collaborative, multi-practice-area environment
