Overview

The organization is seeking an experienced Legal Domain Expert for Corporate Law (U.S.) to support advanced AI evaluation, legal research, and legal reasoning projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed research using statutes, regulations, case law, and authoritative sources.
• Analyze complex corporate law issues and provide well-supported conclusions.
• Evaluate AI-generated legal research and reasoning for accuracy.
• Verify citations and identify unsupported or incorrect legal claims.
• Analyze federal vs. state corporate law and jurisdictional differences.
• Draft and review corporate agreements, legal memoranda, filings, and related documents.
• Provide detailed feedback to AI research and evaluation teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant Corporate Law experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Federal & State Corporate Law.
• Expertise in corporate formation & entity structuring.
• Knowledge of corporate governance and compliance.
• Understanding of fiduciary duties and responsibilities.
• Experience with commercial/corporate disputes.
• Experience handling transactional legal matters.
• Ability to draft and review commercial contracts.
• Strong legal research, statutory interpretation, and citation verification skills.
• Active or previous U.S. Bar admission preferred.
