You will partner directly with customers to identify high-value legal workflows and demonstrate how legal AI solutions can address those needs. The work combines in-person discovery and demonstrations with hands-on experimentation, turning findings into reusable use cases, prompts, and playbooks that can scale across practice areas.
Responsibilities
- Lead in-person discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, workflow workshops, and executive briefings with law firm customers to identify priority legal workflows and show how legal AI capabilities can address them.
- Support customers throughout the lifecycle by scoping legal AI use cases, advising on workflow and solution design, and demonstrating legal AI capabilities.
- Partner with Customer Success stakeholders to develop legal AI adoption strategies, support successful solution deployment, and help move high-value use cases into sustained use across practice areas.
- Discover, test, and document best practices for applying legal AI across customer workflows, creating reusable use cases, prompts, playbooks, and workflow patterns that can scale.
- Use knowledge of the legal technology ecosystem to determine whether customer needs are best addressed through products, partner solutions, integrations, or custom development, and help coordinate the right approach.
- Support customer advocacy by communicating customer needs to Customer Success and cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, and Marketing, highlighting opportunities to improve and innovate legal AI offerings.
- Contribute expertise to thought leadership efforts through events, advisory boards, or customer-facing content.
- Act as an informed advocate by understanding product strengths, improvement areas, and roadmaps, and explaining how specific solutions can help take customer advocacy efforts further.

- Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts into clear, high-quality documentation and learning materials; ability to craft persuasive presentations for non-technical, often skeptical customers focused on needs and outcomes.
- Thrive working directly with motivated customers to solve complex problems, including through in-person, on-site engagements.
