Legal Assistant

Overview

This role supports evaluation and improvement of advanced AI legal research and reasoning systems. The organization is seeking experienced U.S. attorneys and legal professionals to conduct legal analysis, verify sources, and provide expert feedback on AI-generated legal answers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct U.S. legal research and statutory/case-law analysis
• Review and fact-check AI-generated legal answers
• Verify citations and authoritative sources
• Identify incorrect legal reasoning and jurisdictional issues
• Draft and review legal memoranda and other legal documents
• Provide expert feedback and evaluation criteria for AI systems

Requirements

• 3–8 years of relevant U.S. legal experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to independently analyze complex legal questions
• U.S. Bar admission
• JD/LL.M. preferred
• Expertise in one or more listed practice areas

Preferred Qualifications

• AI/LegalTech or legal-content evaluation experience
