Overview

A legal services organization is seeking Legal Consultants with experience in the financial services sector to provide long-term support to clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support across various business lines, including legal and regulatory support.
• Draft and review contracts.
• Support legal and compliance aspects of new product and service launches.
• Assist with ad hoc legal tasks as required.

Requirements

• 1-4 years Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) with financial services experience.
• Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders.
• Capability to provide commercially tailored legal advice.
