Legal Consultant - Insurance / Financial Services

Overview

The organization is seeking a Legal Consultant with insurance and/or financial services experience to provide legal support to Fortune 500 clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical legal advice on corporate and insurance/reinsurance matters across the region
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and related legal documents
• Support business stakeholders (e.g., HR, Tech, Risk) with day-to-day legal queries and projects
• Assist with legal risk assessment, regulatory matters, and other ad hoc legal initiatives

Requirements

• 4–8+ PQE (more experienced applicants are welcome)
• Experience in insurance/reinsurance or financial services preferred
• Ability to work independently
• Confidence engaging directly with the business
