Legal Consultant - Technology (Part-time)
Overview
A legal practitioner with experience in technology law and commercial contracts is sought to work part-time with Fortune 500 clients. This role involves collaborating closely with legal and business teams to provide expert support on technology-related commercial agreements and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with legal and business teams of Fortune 500 clients to support technology law and commercial contract matters
- Draft and negotiate a variety of technology-related commercial agreements across multiple business lines
- Maintain and update documentation to reflect the latest regulatory requirements
- Advise business clients directly and provide guidance on corporate policies as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed legal practitioner with 3 to 8 years of experience in technology law or in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts within the technology sector
