- Manage technical administration for parts of the legal technology stack, including contract lifecycle management, e-billing, compliance platforms, and workflow automation tools.
- Evaluate new legal technology solutions, including prototyping, vendor assessment, integration, and user adoption.
- Work with Sales, Finance, Security, Trust & Safety, and People teams to streamline legal dependencies and implement scalable system integrations with platforms such as Salesforce and Zuora.
- Build dashboards, reporting infrastructure, and data models to support legal analytics, leadership visibility, compliance automation, and customer-facing guidance on product-specific metrics.
Requirements
- Experience building, configuring, or significantly customizing legal technology systems beyond basic administration.
- Knowledge of in-house legal workflows, including contracts, compliance, intake, and matter management.
- Proficiency with technical tools such as contract lifecycle management platforms, workflow automation tools, SQL or database querying, API integrations, or scripting languages like Python or JavaScript.
- Ability to translate between legal, technical, and business stakeholders to convert requirements into clear technical solutions.
- Experience supporting cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Sales, Finance, Security, Trust & Safety, or People.
- Capability to build structured reporting or data solutions that support operational decisions, compliance processes, or legal analytics.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills suitable for a remote, largely asynchronous work environment.
- Openness to transferable experience from legal operations, legal technology, technical program work, or other roles combining systems thinking with legal process improvement.
