- Entity compliance: Keep corporate entities in good standing across the US and Canada, handling annual reports and state requests end to end.
- Brand protection: Monitor intellectual property, identify infringements, and initiate cease-and-desist workflows.
- Consumer escalations: Investigate complex escalations to their root cause, recommend fixes, and convert recurring issues into compliance training.
- Product compliance reviews: Review products and processes for compliance risk and user friction, then work with Engineering and Product to fix underlying issues.
- Compliance audits: Lead audits across operations and monitor highest-risk areas between them.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an academically rigorous program with a record of high performance.
- Demonstrated track record of owning projects start to finish and solving problems without needing step-by-step direction.
- Demonstrated interest in using AI and technology to improve how work gets done, such as by building a tool, automation, or process.
- Ability to track every open item until complete, independently finding answers before escalating.
- High accuracy and zero-error mindset for regulatory filings and audits.

- Comfort with ambiguity: define the problem from an unclear brief and move forward with urgency.
