Legal Operations Professional (Data Privacy)

Overview

A global sportswear company is seeking a legal operations professional with over 5 years of experience, including expertise in Data Privacy, for an ongoing full-time remote engagement starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Support the legal department's privacy operations across key data governance initiatives.
• Manage privacy risk assessments, including Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
• Track and maintain privacy compliance activities within broader data governance processes.
• Coordinate with product and risk teams to identify privacy implications of new and existing business initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to assess, communicate, and address privacy risks.
• Help ensure privacy considerations are integrated into business processes and decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of legal operations experience with a focus on Data Privacy.
• Ability to work full-time remotely.
• Detail-oriented with proactive communication skills.
• Experience using OneTrust or a similar compliance tool is preferred.
• Employment will be on a W-2 basis through a workforce solutions company for the duration of the engagement.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $55 - $70 per hour.
• Full-time remote work.
• Ongoing engagement.
