Litigation Associate

Overview

A national litigation practice is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience in general commercial litigation at a law firm. This is a fully remote position requiring candidates to be licensed to practice law in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial and financial services litigation teams
• Handle discovery, motion practice, legal research, and writing
• Attend court and deposition appearances
• Work directly with local and national clients
• Collaborate with attorneys experienced in-house, in government, and in AmLaw 100 firms

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree
• Licensed to practice law in the United States
• 3-5 years of experience representing litigation clients at a law firm

• Base salary with eligibility for production bonuses starting at 1,250 billed hours annually
